2025 Scholarship Winners:
Meredith Beck and Reagan Helwig
It has been 22 years this past February since we lost Rachel and we are still keeping her love of education alive. With “YOUR” help and support we have continued to award scholarships to graduating Special Education students at Seneca Valley High School, where Rachel was a Special Education teacher.
In May of 2025, we awarded a scholarship to Meredith Beck, a graduating Special Education student at Seneca Valley High School. Meredith is the daughter of Kim and John Beck of Cranberry Twp. Meredith has been accepted in the Nursing Program at Robert Morris University. Meredith has been taking AP classed in high school to earn college credits before she graduated. Additionally, Meredith serves as the A/V sound and projection technician at her church and is an active member of the youth action council. She also works at Maxine’s Coffee Shop. Meredith said, “With my strong work ethic, my drive and my determination, will suit me well to succeed as a college student and eventually, as a healthcare professional in the workforce.” Her family, teachers, and mentors are very proud of her. We wish Meredith all the best at Robert Morris University and with her future career.
